Most of my politics are rooted in my Judeo-Christian beliefs. However I differ from many of my contemporaries in several matters. I am by experience a "Charismatic" however I am not as blindly right-winged as many "Born Again" Christians, charismatics or pentecostals I meet.

I have come to the realization after 45 years of life that we all have to make certain sacrifices to be free and live peacefully on earth with the rest of mankind. This is part of what Jesus meant when He said "...take up your cross and follow me..." The cross is an instrument of death to SELF. That is exactly the opposite of where our society has been headed for the last 30 or more years. Utopian con artists have sold the masses on a fantasy that we can all do whatever we want.

True freedom however comes with great sacrifice in this time-space reality we call life on planet earth. From the freedom of dark skinned peoples which was bought with much blood in the civil war to the freedom my children have due to my sacrifices, liberty comes with a price.

My true freedom came when at the age of 20 years I finally faced the fact that I was a selfish, sinful human being by nature, and that without God in my life I was going to continue screwing up my life and other people's. I humbled myself and asked God to help me, and He did.

Now I have the clarity of mind as God gives me wisdom to see the follies of human governments and the solutions to many problems we face. We who live in the USA have some freedom (for how long I wonder) to work towards a brighter future. However the greed and selfishness of not only the politicians, but a growing number of the voters, tends to push me ever closer to a pessimistic stand on our future as a republic.

Unlike many of my contemporaries I put the blame for the current moral reprobate condition of the USA squarely on the shoulders of the "Church" in the USA. It is no wonder to me people don't want to be moral or ethical when the representatives of God; His preachers, are for the most part such hipocrytes, controllers and profiteers. Until the church repents from the leaders on down, I see only darkness for America increasing until we are taken over by communists, or muslims.

One of the bright spots is the young people. However when they come to need God, they go to the "churches" and are usually rendered impotent by the false doctrines they are fed, or rebel and go back to the drugs, crime, immorality or whatever they came out of.

The simple solution would be for the people to rise up in revolution and make me king, in which case I would put everything right (a little humor there). George Washington didn't think that was a good idea so I guess it isn't. The folks in his day wanted to make him king also, but He reminded them that they had just revolted against the monarchy in England, and they now had a great 3 part government so make it work.

Our Nation has a great heritage and political structure. Great sacrifice was made by the generations before us which has resulted in our prosperity, and we have reaped the benefits. However we in our selfishness and insatiable lust for self-gratification and self-will have forsaken God and His principles.As a result we are losing ground quickly.

Until our Nation experiences a true revival, (not the T.V. get-rich-quick Multi-Level-Marketing religion we see now) so that we can again be truly blessed by God. The USA needs a true repentance starting with the church leaders and TV ministers, and filtering down to each of us.

We have the appearance of greatness, but we are enjoying the last scraps of blessing left by our forefathers and are about to reap the fruit of our own negligence and immorality.

In light of current events it is necessary to point out that the only true omnipotent God is YHWH or "Jehovah" ; the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Our national saying "In God We Trust" refers to this Judeo-Christian understanding of God and none other. Alah, Buddha, Krisna, etc. are not God, and were never refered to in the founding fathers' documents; it was clearly understood from day 1 who the U.S.A. worshipped. It is only recently, say in the past 50 years, that this truth has become obscured.

Specific things I see that we need to do politically in the order of their importance to restore our Nation to greatness are these, a little over simplified, but the details can be worked out:

1) Stop murdering babies.

I have done a lot of personal research on prenatal development. Most people are not aware how completely developed a baby is from the very early weeks in his mother's womb. Couple this with the fact that most abortions are done after a baby could survive OUTSIDE the womb and you see we have made blatant murder a highly profitable enterprise for "doctors" who have no conscience. Until this holocaust is stopped we are begging for God to send judgement.

2) Do not allow courts to over-rule we the people.

From the removal of the Bible from schools to the jailing of medical users of marijuana, judges, who are just lawyers with political position, have over-ruled the will of the people in the USA. The majority of US citizens are against abortion except in certain extreme instances, yet courts have made it legal up to the point of birth and DURING birth! The majority of people want to outlaw pornography and vulgarity but the courts allow any disgusting perversion in the name of "freedom of speech".

3) Enforce pornography laws in every medium.

Teenage and younger girls (and boys) are being made into drug addicts and doing every level of perversion for money. This whoredom of our children is exploding due to the internet making it easy for people who would otherwise not order or buy a magazine to get lured in. The laws to keep porn out of our homes are on the books, but "society" must enforce it. Instead "society" has done nothing to stop it or penalize the perpetrators. It has been proven that pornography is the #1 cause of child abuse.

4) Divide every government office into 2 halves and make them compete

It works in the real world; why not government? When our government worked well (in Lincoln's time) there was 1 government employee for every 100 citizens. Now it's closer to 1 for every 10. If you're not a math major, that means the government is 10 times bigger per capita than it needs to be. Government is way too big. I have a simple solution; pay all government office holders an hourly wage equivelant to a teacher at their local grade school. This would get the crooks out fast.

5)De-Criminalize Marijuana.

Let's put the dope dealers who are crooks out of business. The tax revenue would be immense and the prices would go down. The hypocrisy of making marijuana out to be this super dangerous drug when anyone can buy 90 proof whiskey or cigarettes is just stupid. Pot is a toy compared to alcohol. Let the doctors prescribe the heroin etc. and help addicts get off it by weaning them on methedone, etc. This would take the teeth out of the drug cartels and put a lot of money into the USA.
